Hoodia

Brand Name: Hoodia

Generic Names: Hoodia gordonii

Hoodia is used to attain weight loss and as a support medication for your entire weight loss regimen. It has made a big buzz in the weight loss market lately due its promising effectiveness.

What is Hoodia?

Hoodia is a weight loss drug that is extracted from a cactus-like plant Hoodia gondonii that is very abundant in the Kalahari dessert in South Africa. While it doesn’t work to melt away the fats like magic in your body, it boasts of its effectiveness as a natural suppressant that will make you feel full most of the item and therefore will significantly limit your food intake over time. When this happens, your body will consume fewer calories daily and that will be where weight loss can follow.
Hoodia is also known to boost your energy and metabolism and has been used by South Africans since time immemorial to stave off hunger and still be able to have the power to last all day during long hunting expeditions.
This is made possible due to an appetite-suppressing molecule called P57 that is found in the plant, which is said to have an effect on the brain just like how glucose would tell your brain to stop eating when you are full. This reduces your interest in taking food and stay away from unnecessary snacks throughout the day or night.
